SABIC, Sadara, and other petrochemical manufacturers, as well as related industries The terminal is built with cutting-edge technology and meets all international and local safety, security, health, and environmental regulations and requirements.
From our terminal, we serve people and communities, covering everything from the storage of raw materials to distribution to the end user.
Our storage tanks are typically fixed roof design and operate at or near atmospheric pressure. Upon being introduced into a storage tank at above atmospheric pressure, crude oil and condensate experience pressure drops which cause gases dissolved in the liquid to vaporize or 'flash' out of the liquid phase and collect in the vapor space between the liquid and the fixed roof of the storage tank.

Jubail Chemicals Storage and Services Company terminal’s is connected by pipeline to most of the companies on the site, enabling efficient and sustainable logistics that serve the production plants continuously, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We help optimize import and export logistics, both in terms of economies of scale and flexibility in transportation modes, constantly adapting to the changing needs of our environment. Given the structural nature of our service, we establish long-term relationships with our clients, helping them develop and consolidate their businesses.
Our Terminal
The Jubail Chemicals Storage and Services Company terminal is designed to serve the importation of petroleum products and chemicals, including generalist "commodities" as well as more specific products known as "specialties." These products are imported from anywhere in the world and are essential for various productive activities in our society. The diversity of products and their uses is vast, ranging from the fuel we use for daily transportation to the materials that make up our toothbrushes. It is vital for our business to have a flexible infrastructure capable of storing all these products, each with its own specific requirements. For all the products we store, the quality of our facilities, but especially the experience of our staff and their extensive knowledge of the products, is crucial to ensuring the level of service our clients expect from our company.
Jubail Chemicals Storage and Services Company enables the Royal Commission to make optimal use of its assets and provide services in the Royal Commission cities, thus achieve sustainability and efficiency. This agreement is part of Saudi Vision 2030.
